Loader won’t open or crashes on launch

Check your antivirus settings
Make sure Windows Defender and any third-party antivirus are configured according to the Installation guide.

Run as administrator
Right-click the loader and select Run as administrator.

Use the latest version
Download the loader again from your dashboard to make sure you have the latest version.

Restart your PC
Restart your computer and try launching the loader again before contacting support.
License not detected

Check your account
Make sure you’re signed in to the account where you activated your license. Check your dashboard to confirm that your subscription is active.

Wait and retry
If you just activated your license, wait 1–2 minutes, restart the loader, and try again.

Contact support
If the issue persists, create a support ticket on our Discord server. Include your order ID, license key, and account email.

Disable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling
Go to Settings → System → Display → Graphics → Advanced graphics settings and turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling.

Disable Game Mode
Go to Settings → Gaming → Game Mode and turn off Game Mode.

Restart your PC
Restart your computer after making both changes.

Lower your CS2 graphics settings
Try lowering your in-game graphics settings to Medium or Low.

Limit your CS2 frame rate
Cap your in-game frame rate to 120 FPS through the game settings or by entering this command in the developer console:
